THE LITTLE PANDEMIC PROJECT THAT COULD

Above Board Charcuterie was founded in Calgary in October 2020 by Jane, who thought people needed something delicious and beautiful to celebrate life’s special moments at home. Because of Covid shutdowns, Jane was also on hiatus from her Culinary Arts program at George Brown College and she really missed cooking for others. So, Above Board Charcuterie was born, serving custom charcuterie spreads presented on beautiful oak boards built by her Dad.

In 2021, Jane relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia. Above Board Charcuterie grew, now serving charcuterie, cheese boards, vegetable spreads, exotic fruit platters and grazing tables to the Greater Vancouver area.
